Digital : Fonds Bleu Monaco aid

Monaco launches its digital transition fund to boost economic recovery in the principality.

Following on from the Extended Monaco program, this 20 million euro support plan, known as the “Monaco Fonds Bleu“, will enable all companies in Monaco, regardless of their size, to cover 30 to 70% of their digital project.

EXAMPLE :

THE GOVERNMENT CAN SUPPORT UP TO 70% OF THIS AMOUNT OR

EXAMPLE :
I NEED A DIGITAL STRATEGY TO GAIN VISIBILITY ON THE WEB AND THIS INVOLVES WORKING ON MY NATURAL REFERENCING AND DEPLOYING CONTENT ON SOCIAL NETWORKS, I WANT TO INVEST 10 000 €.

THE GOVERNMENT CAN SUPPORT UP TO 70% OF THIS AMOUNT OR 

7 000 € OF AID.

IMPROVED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

EXAMPLE :
I NEED TO CREATE OR RENEW MY WEBSITE TO GIVE VISIBILITY TO MY BUSINESS AND OFFER PRODUCTS FOR SALE AND I NEED TO INVEST 20 000 €.

THE GOVERNMENT CAN SUPPORT UP TO 70% OF THIS AMOUNT OR 

14 000 € OF AID.

PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT

EXAMPLE :
I NEED TO DEVELOP A CRM FOR A BETTER MANAGEMENT OF MY CUSTOMERS AND TO ALLOW TO PROPOSE THEM PERSONALIZED OFFERS, I MUST INVEST 50 000 €.

THE GOVERNMENT CAN SUPPORT UP TO 70% OF THIS AMOUNT OR 

35 000 € OF AID.

market place, mobile application, virtual reality, creation of digital applications…

How do we proceed?

1- During a first meeting, we analyze with you the different digital solutions to develop your business.


2- We define in a very precise framework the digital projects to be implemented.


3- We draw up specifications and a quotation on the digital project defined together.


4- We then set up the administrative procedures to benefit from the Government of Monaco’s aid fund, with the optimization of your file so that it can be eligible.

5- As soon as the aid is accepted, we help you with our digital experts in the implementation of your project.


6- At the end of the project, we make an assessment of its efficiency and apply to the Monegasque government to receive the aid.

Some advice on eligibility for the “Fonds Bleu Monaco”:

1- The company

Have an active RCI in the Principality
Provide proof of your real activity
Register on the Government platform (Complus Group helps you to register)

2- Digital projects

Project at the launching phase or already advanced
Types of projects :

  • Sales or visibility improvement (Website, e-commerce site, SEO optimization, market place, social media strategy) and all new sales channels.
  • Productivity improvement (HR solution, financial or purchasing management, dematerialization)
  • New business models based on digital technology (digital platform, e-learning, virtual reality, cloud creation…)

3- The process

Creation of a company account on the “Fonds Bleu Monaco” platform.

Information on the digital maturity diagnostic tool.

Request on a form in e-service with all the requested documents.

Any incomplete request will not be processed. But no worries! Complus Group will help you.

4- Payment of the aid

In case of acceptance, you are informed of the proportion of co-financing between 30 and 70%.

Payment of 50% of the Monaco governmental aid at the launch of the project upon presentation of the Complus Group estimate.

Payment of the remaining 50% of the Government of Monaco’s aid at the end of the project upon presentation of the Complus Group invoice.
